G o o d M o r n i n g and H a p p y FriYAY!
Yesterday I shared my Avocado and Banana Smoothie bowl on Instagram Stories and a lot of you asked for the recipe, it’s super easy and takes maximum fifteen minutes to prepare. I made me a bowl again this morning to take some ´process photos´ to share with you – step by step. I love healthy food and experiment with different flavors, so if you see something you want the recipe to on my Instagram, Facebook or Twitter let me know, I am more than happy to share them with you.
This one is really simple, you only need three ingredients, avocado, banana and something to mix with, oh and ice cubes! I made it easy and used boxed pear juice, sometimes I also make tea the night before and refrigerate it and use it the next day, to avoid the extra sugar and conservatives that are in grocery store juice.
Mix everything until it becomes a creamy smoothie texture and top it with whatever you like, I chose to take some honey, goji berries, grated coconut, chia seeds, banana, and avocado.
